The RhinoFlex® works like a steel barbell, only better because there’s no stress or pain on the joints.
But how, what’s happening? With every repetition, the RhinoFlex Bar flexes slightly and activates the stabilizing muscles of the shoulders, hips and knees to initiate a more perfect mechanically functional joint. It’s that simple.
The RhinoFlex™ activates the joints so they work, mechanically, at their optimal performance level. And, the more stable the joint, the better the range of motion and force output by the body.
The RhinoFlex™ is made of composite materials including carbon fiber, ceramics, fiberglass and poly-rubber compounds. The Bar measures 82″ long, 1-1/2″ in diameter and works with all standard olympic plates. It weighs 7.5-lbs. and has a 350-lb. weight limit.
