      So far so good!

These new bands are incredibly stiff, and much harder to budget than the old set I had which was the same weight increments. Amazing how much stiffer a new set is. Hopefully these last a while...

Filled out my high end weight band

The band is great - a little big for my X3 bar, but works. I got it to fill in a huge weight difference between my other two bands and use it every other day.

      High quality band

I have been using the yellow #6 band for 2 years. The #6.5 band is a lot heavier than the #6 band but perhaps the older yellow bands were of lower resistance than the newer ones. I am able to get 25 to 30 reps on the chest press with the yellow and barely 15 with the #6.5 (as a point of reference). I would highly recommend this band but the “0.5” increment may be a bit off.
