The Orange #7 band measures 4" wide, 6.35 mm thick and 41" in length. It offers resistance from 120-300 lbs.
This band is specifically developed for powerlifting training. It is also great if you are looking to do extreme maximum resistance speed work by adding the band to your deadlift or squat.
WARNING TO X3 BAR OWNERS. The 4" Width does not fit well into the hooks or under the platform. This is also a very strong band. Please note: there is a 15% restocking fee for opened bands.
