My shoulders are so shot that my ROM doesn't allow me to squat with a traditional barbell any longer. I have one gym I frequent that has a cambered Barr, Transformer bar, and SSB - so I'm fine when I go there. However, the one near my home (and most) only has traditional TX or OH Power bars. The safety squat strap has been a lifesaver! I can just strap it on in seconds and squat using any traditional barbell with no problem whatsoever. Some say "its too loose," but they're just whining. Once you get it set on your back, it isn't going anywhere. Don't let that keep you from purchasing. Excellent solution for a good price. I highly recommend.
