What are Open Package Items (OPI)? Any item that has a designation of (OPI) in the title are items that are returned to us in "like new" condition, or with minimal blemishes, scuffs or scrapes. Each item is thoroughly inspected before sale.
Items that do not have an OPI in the title are clearance items. They have never been opened and are new.
