MINI LOOPS RESISTANCE BANDS - 10" OR 12"
Mini loop resistance bands are the perfect tool for rehab, prehab, dynamic warm-ups as well as basic fitness band exercises.
These bands come in five (5) sizes, a bag and a quick guide insert. Use Serious Steel 12" Mini loop bands for glute bridges, abduction, adduction, lateral walks and more!
Additionally, 12" mini loop bands can be used as hip and glute activation bands for dynamic warm-ups.
10" Bands are for users who are under 5'6" or using bands for rehab, prehab and need constant tension on the band.
12" Bands are for users who are over 5'6" who do not need constant tension.
DO NOT USE UNDER FEET OR IN DIRECT CONTACT WITH THE GROUND.

Only time will tell how tough these small bands are, but they are off to a good start. They are the perfect size for around the feet or around the knees for basic resistance movements. They appear to be of good quality and come with a simple yet useful carry-bag. For my uses, they are much preferred over tying knots in longer bands. I look forward to putting them to good use.
