Return Policy

Return Policy


  • Returns are accepted up to 30 days after item has been received*
  • Orders shipped LTL/Freight only have a 10-day return period. These are items typically weighing over 100 lbs. 
  • All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee may increase based on item condition upon return receipt. 
  • Buyer is responsible for scheduling and paying for return shipping.
  • Product must be unused with all original parts/packaging.
  • Buyer will not be reimbursed for original shipping costs. Although we offer free shipping on our products, we still incur outbound shipping costs.
  • Refund will be initiated after product is received and inspected. Please allow 1-3 business days for refund after item is received.
  • If a damaged or used item is returned, a partial refund will be applied to reflect the damage/use or missing parts.


  • Exchanges are accepted up to 14 days after item has been received.*
  • Product must be in original packaging and re-sellable condition for the exchange to be processed.
  • ONLY unused items can be accepted.
  • If a used item is sent back as an exchange, a restocking charge is applied to reflect the use/damage of the item. 
  • Buyer is responsible for original item return shipping costs.

Order Cancellations:

  • Buyer is only assessed a cancellation fee if the item has shipped.
  • Cancellation fees include original shipping and return shipping charges.
  • We try and ship most items within 24 hours. Please let us know as soon as possible!

Damaged Goods: 

  • Damaged goods must be noted within 3 days of item receipt.
  • Please contact us at with images and a detailed description of the issue.
Heavy Items:
  • Most purchases over 100 lbs. are shipped Common Carrier / LTL (freight).
  • Heavy items that ship Freight are items that ship on a pallet or in a crate.
  • Large items typically ship between 2-4 business days.
  • Once shipped, transit time will depend on delivery location, but can range between 2-5 business days.
  • Please make sure to include an accurate phone number at the time of purchase.
  • Once the shipment reaches the destination terminal (the shipping facility closest to the destination), the carrier will contact you at the phone number provided to schedule a delivery window.
  • Upon delivery, it is the buyer’s responsibility to unload, carry the product into the destination and assemble (if assembly is required). Two or more people may be required to unload shipment and this is not the responsibility of the truck driver.
  • Lift-gate Service can be requested for an additional charge.
  • If any of the boxes appear to be damaged or the box count on the Bill of Lading (BOL) is different than what was received, note this information on the document and have the driver initial next to the issue.
  • Orders shipped LTL/Freight only have a 10-day return period. These are items typically weighing over 100 lbs.

Shipping Times (US-only | some exceptions may apply)

  • Items under 10 lbs: Will ship through UPS or USPS between 1-2 business days. Transit times will range from 1-5 business days depending on destination.
  • Items 10-100 lbs: Will ship through FedEx, UPS or USPS between 1-3 business days. Transit times will range from 2-5 business days depending on destination.
  • Items over 100 lbs: Most items over 100 lbs. will ship through an LTL Freight Carrier between 2-4 business days. Transit times will range from 2-6 business days depending on destination.
  • Heavier items (home gyms, weight sets, etc.) are typically drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer.

  • Free Shipping applies to most items and is only valid in the Continental 48 States.

*If your order was dropped shipped from a manufacturer, e.g. Body-Solid, Troy Barbell, Exer-Genie, Spud, Buddy Capps, Ader, Cerberus Strength, etc, you will be subject to their return policies, re-stocking fees and shipping fees.
