I use this commercially as a trainer and it frayed a fair amount after about 18 month or so. It’s a reliable band that I use everyday and quality is great but might be best for personal use rather than heavy usage.
I use this band to warm up before every workout! I love that it doesn't roll up on me or pinch my skin.
Every girl (or guy) trying to grow their glutes should have one of these in their gym bags! PERIOD!
