Could be a 10...except for the Velcro

On my third pair, they're great...except:

The Velcro falls apart long before the straps are shot, the reason for my mutual purchases.

Plus when washed (hung dry) the Velcro falls apart faster.

If the Velcro area was bigger or stronger these would be excellent ..."10".
