These bands contain two rubber strips located on the inside of the band to prevent any unwanted movements, like sliding or rolling up, during your workouts.

Can't believe how good it works but It would work even better if you put your independent squat rack on sale.
I use this commercially as a trainer and it frayed a fair amount after about 18 month or so. It’s a reliable band that I use everyday and quality is great but might be best for personal use rather than heavy usage.
I use this band to warm up before every workout! I love that it doesn't roll up on me or pinch my skin.
