Serious Steel Fitness 20" Deadlift Bands come in four (4) different resistance levels for any type of user and activity.
These bands are primarily designed and used for deadlifts. Use with or without a barbell.
These bands are NOT to be used as pull up bands.

- Material: 10 Layers of 100% Natural Latex and are over 99.9% free of soluble proteins (latex allergens)
