Serious Steel Fitness 20" Deadlift Bands come in four (4) different resistance levels for any type of user and activity. These bands are primarily designed and used for deadlifts. Use with or without a barbell.

  • Material: 10 Layers of 100% Natural Latex and are over 99.9% free of soluble proteins (latex allergens)
  • Comes in: 4 resistance levels (see resistance chart below)
  • Best uses: deadlifts, shrugs and rack pulls. 
  • Color(s): Purple (#1), Red (#2), Blue (#3), Green (#4) with White print

  • #1 Purple: 1/2" x 3mm 10-25 lbs.
  • #2 Red: 13/16" x 3 mm 15-40 lbs.
  • #3 Blue: 1 1/8" x 3mm 40-100 lbs.
  • #4 Green: 1 3/4" x 3mm 55-140 lbs.
