MINI LOOPS RESISTANCE BANDS - 10" OR 12"

Mini loop resistance bands are the perfect tool for rehab, prehab, dynamic warm-ups as well as basic fitness band exercises. 

These bands come in five (5) sizes, a bag and an quick guide insert. Use Serious Steel 12" Mini loop bands for glute bridges, abduction, adduction, lateral walks and more!

Additionally, 12" mini loop bands can be used as hip and glute activation bands for dynamic warm-ups.

10" Bands are for users who are under 5'6" or using bands for rehab, prehab and need constant tension on the band.

12" Bands are for users who are over 5'6" who do not need constant tension.

DO NOT USE UNDER FEET OR IN DIRECT CONTACT WITH THE GROUND.

INCLUDES:

  • Five 2" x 10" or 3" x 12" BBI Resistance Bands 
  • 3" is more comfortable and a wider surface area.
